The Wellness Area

After a day on the slopes or trails, Mont Fort offers a dedicated space for well-being and recovery. Our wellness area features a sauna, a cold plunge and our Altitude Recovery Room, equipped with compression boots, massage guns and rollers, as well as a recovery bike. An experience combining heat, cold and muscle recovery to help relieve fatigue and restore your energy in a calm and soothing atmosphere.
Opening hours and reservationsThe Recovery Room is open daily from 9 am to 9 pm. To ensure everyone's comfort and tranquillity, each room is entitled to 45 minutes of access per day, which must be booked in advance at reception. Access is limited to 4 people per time slot.
